What Aster Does
Aster is a native macOS terminal workspace built entirely with AppKit. It supports full-color terminals, full-screen programs such as vim, top, and fzf, multiple tabs, and splits in any direction. File browsers, editors, and previews can share the same workspace.
The current terminal uses the Ghostty engine. Shells, full-screen TUIs, selection, copy and paste, scrolling, full-buffer search, titles, directories, notifications, read-only mode, Vi / Mark / Hint Mode, inline Autocomplete, Agent status, and command Outline are available. Ghostty handles explicit OSC 8 links. Hint Mode currently lists visible URLs and paths, not hidden OSC 8 URIs behind display text.
