Remote Session Restore

After service restart, each Pane shows one recovery path:

• Continuing: the background task survived and the view reconnects.
• New Shell: a new Shell was created after restart; the old process ended.
• History Replay: a stored disk screen snapshot, not live state; requires Screen History enabled.
• Agent conversation restore: the Agent CLI's --resume restores the conversation.
• Restore Failed: recovery failed and a new Shell replaced it; possible causes include damaged layout, full disk, or incompatible version.
